What are the odds? It must be an omen. Just a few seconds before I was starting to write this blog post the POWER went out. NO ELECTRICITY. Thanks to my laptop battery being charged-up to 100%, I can carry-on.

Right now, it’s very cold outside and it’s forecasted to get down into the single digits or below on 12 – 14 February 2021 (Friday – Sunday) in the Midwest and the Northeast region of the United States. It’s got be a heck of a lot colder than that in the beautiful country of Canada.

We are all very fragile creatures of comfort. Without electricity warming-up our apartments and homes, a good percentage of the population would suffer cold injuries, go hypothermic and die.

We are all very fragile creatures of comfort and have no idea of how to mentally TURN OFF the non-stop POUNDING PAIN of being submerged in super cold frigid waters and much less IGNORE the cold air temperatures that would kill most people. I (author), have developed my own Mind-Over-Matter Application to IGNORE cold temperatures (air and water).

If You’re Alone Without Electricity!

Since the forecast of very cold temperatures has already been broadcasted, millions of Americans are wisely preparing for its arrival. It’s been historically known that when there’s a huge demand for electricity, guess what happens?

Local to region-wide blackouts occur and hundreds to millions of Americans have no electricity, thus no warming heat.

Before your cell phone goes dead, invite family & friends to stay with you. Tell them to bring water, food, blankets, candles / matches, medicines, games, facemasks and Carry-Concealed Weapons w/ammunition.
Fill-up all available containers with water.
Clean the bathtub, double rinse it and fill it to the very top with water for drinking. Keep it filled to the very top till the water is cut-off.
Wear layered clothing from socks to headgear.
Place extra blankets on the beds.
Place multiple blankets on the sofa.
Make a few dozen sandwiches, wrap them and place them in the freezer.
Place selected refrigerated items in the freezer.
Other refrigerated items, make meals, place in containers and place them in the freezer.
Use outside cold temperatures to keep other foodstuffs from spoiling.
