The following research was actually published in my Anytime Anywhere Survival Newsletters (AASNs) back in August 2001. So the Stats are out-of-date. But my point to this article is to give you my simplistic Cure For AIDS!
But before I give you My Own Cure For AIDS, let me give you some background information concerning AIDS. Again, the Stats are out-of-date (originally published August 2001). You can research the current Stats on AIDS and see the progress or lack of progress on AIDS. OK, let’s start on the Catastrophic Effect Of AIDS!

Catastrophic Effect Of AIDS!
Each day around the world, approximately 7,000 – 8,000 people are affected with AIDS.
Since the early 1980s, approximately 4,000,000 people worldwide have already died from AIDS and more than 33,000,000 are currently infected.
The AIDS virus is lethal, so lethal because it does a unique thing no other virus can do, it attacks the T-cell – our immune system. It burrows into the T-cell and takes command. And on command it tricks the T-cell, it uses the T-cell to produce more viruses. Viruses that get into the bloodstream which invades the entire body. And this action continues – it multiples with more than a BILLION new AIDS viruses every 24-hours.
The viruses eventually outnumber the fighting T-cells. It’s WWIII in your body but the AIDS virus wins because it eventually outnumbers the good guys – the T-cells. The lesser T-cells your body has, the weaker and weaker the immune system becomes. Without an immune system, the body can’t fight-off disease, the body can’t even fight-off a simple paper cut which turns into infection and slow death.
An average healthy human body has 1,000 T-cells per cubic millimeter of blood. The T-cell count is used to judge the patient’s future. Some AIDS patients have miraculously survived with an almost non-existent T-cell count of 03, 02, and even 01 T-cell per cubic millimeter of blood. Doctors try to use drugs to get the patients T-cell count up past 200 (above danger zone). A variety of drugs are focused directly or indirectly raising the patients T-cell count.
Anti-viral drugs alone cost each patient more than $18,000 a year. That doesn’t include professional in-patient healthcare which could cost 10-times as much.
The best AIDS fighters are education, protection, and abstinence. At this time more than 30 different vaccines exists but due to lack of funds the vaccines are not pursued. Each year only $150 million is spent on research while $5 billion is spent on AIDS related healthcare.
90% of AIDS infections are spread by heterosexuals excluding the US. Outside the US, different strains of AIDS exist and are easier to spread.
When AIDS was discovered in the early 1980s, patients afflicted with AIDS eventually succumbed to pneumonia and other maladies because their immune system was destroyed by the AIDS virus. Back then 03 out of 04 patients with AIDS associated maladies died – it was a sure thing. A few years ago, the odds improved to 01 in 05 chance of dying with AIDS associated maladies. Today it’s better and improving. AIDS is now a chronic sickness that may be controlled with a variety of medications.
Today with the advancement of potent drugs, therapies, treatments,… patients afflicted with AIDS have a fighting chance. Drugs, therapies, treatments like Protease Inhibitors, AZT, Gene Therapy, AIDS Vaccines (weak strain of AIDS – Australia), 3TZ,…
Gene Therapy is one promising treatment. Gene Therapy is done by injecting the AIDS patient with genetically engineered HIV virus. This genetically engineered HIV virus is designed to make the patient’s immune system stronger. It does this by making the T-cells (immune system) smarter so the T-cells go out and find the hiding AIDS virus and kills it right away instead of the T-cells waiting for AIDS to spread. Various tests are conducted to monitor the Gene Therapy patient’s T-cell count.
Again, the higher the T-cell count the stronger the immune system which means life. A T-cell count of 200+ indicates the patient is out of the danger zone. Remember, an average healthy human body has 1,000 T-cells per cubic millimeter of blood. Viagene, Incorporated out of San Diego, CA produces a drug that is currently being tested. Clinical trials have been conducted for the last 4 – 5 years and research is still being conducted at the time of this writing.

Highest Death Toll In The World!
Uganda, Africa (south of Sudan, north of Tanzania) is suffering catastrophic effects of AIDS. Uganda has the highest rate of AIDS in all of Africa and the world with more than 2,000,000 of its population of 19,573,000+ affected with AIDS. The first human infection with AIDS is traced to Uganda. Half the hospital beds in the country accommodate AIDS patients.
With the 2,000,000 AIDS patients affected now, the death toll is high and will be high in the near future. Ugandans affected with AIDS has a ripple effect of creating orphans, overburdened healthcare system, and destroying the family unit.

AIDS Completely Disappears!
According to the New England Journal of Medicine, a baby born with AIDS (affected by mother) has beat the AIDS virus. The baby was confirmed positive for AIDS after birth. At 09-months old the baby was tested again – the tests revealed no trace of the AIDS virus. The boy was tested at 05-years of age and still no trace of AIDS. At the time of that news, UCLA AIDS Institute was studying another baby that was born with AIDS and also rid itself of all traces of the viral infection. Why – How? Nobody knows, but research is being conducted to find out.

Stubborn AIDS Fighter!
One stubborn AIDS patient is doing the impossible. Jim Howly, of Los Angeles was diagnosed with full blown AIDS in 1989. His doctors gave him just 18-months to live. Howly, in his sickly state had one wish before he died. He wanted to compete and complete a butt whoopin’ triathlon. And that’s what he set out to do. He started training but in his sickly state he could barely swim 01 lap in the swimming pool. But he kept going. Several months later in 1990, he completed his 1st triathlon. Since then he has completed more than 30+ triathlons and marathons. Does intensive workouts boosts the immune system? Howly’s doing something right. One thing he didn’t do was give-up.

Cold Water Dive Reflex!
Before I carry-on with “My Own Cure For AIDS!”, let me talk about Cold Water Dive Reflex.
Cold Water Diving Reflex – They’re Still Alive: Folks, one of the most unforgiving environments are frigid cold weather environments. Worse yet are killer cold water environments. The human body is not designed to hold-up in cold weather environments for any length of time or even short periods.
Once the core temperature drops below 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit – problems arise and get worse real quick the lower the body temperature drops. Simple shivering is a sign of hypothermia.
As I said, killer cold water environments are the worst. But there may be a way to bring back the dead, it’s called Cold Water Diving Reflex. Let me go back in time and tell you a true story so you can better understand Cold Water Diving Reflex.
Several years ago, during the cold winter months in Fargo, North Dakota, an 11-year old boy with his sled was having fun like any other boy. The boy and his sled were over frozen water when he fell through the ice.
Fargo Rescue and other nearby departments were soon dispatched to the scene. Rescue workers deployed their boats into the water, breaking the ice and probing for the boy’s body with grappling poles.
As more and more minutes went by, one would think that there was no hope for the young boy. But the rescue workers knew something most people are unaware of – it’s called Cold Water Diving Reflex. Cold Water Diving Reflex not only retards the metabolism but puts the body’s main organs in suspended animation to hold-off death!
The multiple rescue workers were betting that if they found the boy real soon, Cold Water Diving Reflex would help them save the boy.
After 45 minutes under water, the boy was finally hooked – they found him. He was brought into the boat where they brought him to shore. His body temperature was only 77-degrees – he was dead dead! Immediate CPR was applied to the boy on the way to the hospital. The paramedics revived the boy!
At the hospital, the young boy made a full recovery! He was under the frigid water for 45-minutes and survived! He survived because of Cold Water Diving Reflex!
Now I’m not sure if Cold Water Diving Reflex applies only to children or if it also apples to adults. This subject RFIR. If you know any firemen, paramedics, or doctors. ask them and let me know what they say. Now you understand why I keep telling you “NEVER give-up, there’s always a solution.” Before I end this subject, I want to give you some data on Hypothermia Water Survival Table.

Hypothermia Water Survival Table
Water Temperature Exhaustion & Max Time Unconscious Survival Time
32.5 F 15-min 15-45-min
32.5-40 F 15-30-min 30-90-min
40-50 F 30-60-min 01-03-hrs
50-60 F 01-02-hrs 01-06-hrs
60-70 F 02-7-hrs 02-40-hrs
70-80 F 03-12-hrs 03-hours+
1st NOTE: Other considerations are the Survivor’s swimming abilities, predators, prior injuries, available flotation equipment or floating debris, weather conditions, soldier’s attitude, and other soldiers present and their status (above considerations).
2nd Note: The night the RMS Titanic sank (14 – 15 April 1912 – Sunday / Monday night) in the North Atlantic Ocean, water temperatures were estimated at 28-degrees Fahrenheit (KILLER KILLER COLD). This would have the Titanic passengers in the water with a survival time of only 10-minutes or less. My point to this, is that when submerged in frigid cold water even much less cold water, it could be extremely dangerous. Salt water freezes at around 28-degrees Fahrenheit.
Now let’s talk about My Own Cure For AIDS!
3rd Note: I got a point to make so hang on with this IMPORTANT 3rd Note. I’m a prior-service soldier meaning I did 04-years in my 1st enlistment with 03 ½-years of it as a paratrooper in the Infantry with the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg, NC. Almost a 01 ½ years later I re-entered the service and tried out for the US Army Special Forces (Green Berets). We did a PT (Physical Training) Test followed by a swim test of 100-meters in uniform with LBE and weapon. Back then I was rated as a weak swimmer. I gave that swim test EVERYTHING I HAD. I BARELY BARELY passed the swim test and it seemed I was still HUFFING and PUFFING hours later. The water for the swim test was warm.
Special Forces soldiers gotta know how to swim. Over the years, I was in water whether it was training, patrolling in swamps, doing capsize drills in the ocean,… Special Forces soldiers gotta know how to swim.
Years later I deployed to take an Advanced Navigation Course. I already knew these guys weren’t messing around with their standards and they had a PT Test and swim test at the ver beginning of the course.
Back at Fort Bragg in the Lee Field House swimming pool. I built-up to swimming laps for 03 solid hours without taking a a break for a single second.
Back to the Advanced Navigation Course. We all did the old style Army PT Test. Then they put us in military trucks and transported us to a building that had a huge pool. A set of several soldiers took their turns standing at the deep end of the pool facing backwards wearing our uniform, and securing a weapon at Port Arms. The robotic cadre shouted “Ready – Enter The Pool.”
Like I stated, I was confidently ready for this swim test. I and the other soldiers jumped backwards in the deep end of the pool. “My God, the water was so effen’ cold!” The water was so stinging cold. It was STINGING HURTN’ COLD! I secured my weapon and started with my strong breast stroke. But that cold water was already affecting the muscles in my body. I then switched to my long-range side-stroke.
By the time I got to the other end of the pool, my body was already giving-up. I ‘tagged’ the end of the pool and headed back. My body was quitting on me. It’s like I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO SWIM! I switched to my back stroke. I arched my back and stroked with both arms & hands and stroked for EVERYTHING I HAD. I was in great shape and had hardly any fat on my body. That bitterly cold water was shutting down my whole body. I arched my back and stroked with both arms & hands and stroked for EVERYTHING I HAD.
I finally and barely made it to the end of the pool and we all grasped the gutters and crawled to sides of the pool to the ladders to get out of the pool. Before I could swim 03-hours non-stop in luke-warm water and in the super cold water my body went to crap real quick and I could barely pass a swim test!
My thought was: “How the heck did they get that water to be so super cold? Did they add a chemical to it.” The outside temperature was cold and we all knew the water would be cold but not Titanic Cold. COLD WATER CAN KILL YOU REAL QUICK!
To prove to you that the water was Titanic Cold, here’s what I and everybody else witnessed. I got out of the pool and was on the deck, ready to go in the locker room to change into some dry clothes. The next group was already set-up to take their swim test. They were at the deep end of the pool facing backwards with their weapons at Port Arms ready to jump into the deep end of the pool.
“Ready – Enter The Pool.” was given and all swimmers went into the deep end of the Titanic Water. And it was like a cartoon. One swimmer came straight upward out of the water and back onto the deck where he started. It looked just like a cartoon. It was so funny EVERYDODY busted-up laughing, even the hard core robotic cadre. Those robotic and very professional cadre were even cracking-up. And just writing this, I’m having a flashback and I’m cracking-up!!!!
OK OK, are you done laughing??? Now let’s get serious and let me tell you about My Own Cure For AIDS!
–
My Own Cure For AIDS!
You heard it here first folks. Here’s my simplistically easy cure for AIDS! I told this to a cadet/student at Mercer University, GA back in 1992. She was part of an AIDS research project using rabbits. She heard my cure and just thought I was crazy and maybe you too after you read this.
A virus, any virus is contagious no doubt. Viruses replicate inside host cells. And those host cells are mighty warm ain’t they? Here’s my solution.
Take the patient and Cold Water Dive Reflex him/her and at the same time set up a blood transfusion. Remove the patient’s own blood and move it through a system that drops the blood temperature to just above freezing. This will kill viruses, namely the AIDS virus.
As far as I know, a virus can not live in cold temperatures! Then put the same blood in another machine that warms it to 110 degrees. The high temperature (like fever – hypothermia) also kills any bad guys. Plus, that 110-degree blood pumped back into the patient will help revive the patient.
Meanwhile the patient is being Cold Water Dive Reflexed – submerged in 30-degree moving water for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. A maximum core body temperature of 30 degrees Fahrenheit is required. The patient is in suspended animation and all viruses are destroyed. While the patient is being Cold Water Dive Reflexed, they’re on machine that maintains their breathing and heartbeat. Remember, this idea is based on the premise that viruses die in frigid temperatures almost instantly.
Yes, I know what you’re thinking, this is stupid! Do you have a better and cheaper solution besides all those drugs, and therapies that have never worked? Since the early 1980s, the best minds on Earth have tried to cure AIDS and everyone – everything has FAILED.
Plus, being Cold Water Dive Reflexed, if the patient dies during the process, there’s a higher chance of revivability.
