It’s difficult enough to find somebody that wants to be found. It’s far more difficult to find somebody that doesn’t want to be found.
To prove my point, see “13 Of The Most Successful Evasions You Need To Know!”
You can read the entire blog post or I’ll give you what you need to know in a nut shell.
One of those 13 evasions was conducted by Eric Robert Rudolph. Eric Robert Rudolph (ERR) was wanted in connection with the 1996 – 1998 bombings in Georgia and Alabama.
ERR evaded and hid in the Nantahala National Forest from the finest law enforcement officers the mighty U. S. of A. could provide. He evaded and hid for five years.
He evaded and hid for five years till he was caught dumpster diving in Murphy, North Carolina and captured by Officer Jeff Postell from the Murphy Police Department.

I Told The FBI Where To Go!
While ERR was still evading, I actually sent a letter to the FBI in Washington D.C. and advised them how to capture ERR (keep reading).
This wasn’t some cockamamie crap I made up. It’s based on actual experiences of hunting down U.S. Army Special Forces candidates in the vast Uwharrie National Forest (50,000+ acres) in North Carolina.

How To Find / Capture The Lost And The Evaders!
Again,
“It’s difficult enough to find somebody that wants to be found. It’s far more difficult to find somebody that doesn’t want to be found.”
The first week of July 2021, 22-year old Gabby Petito and her boyfriend, 23-year old Brian Laundrie departed on their quest to fulfill their travel blogger mission – a cross-country adventure across the United States.
During their cross-country adventures, there were reports by witnesses of the couple having domestics. At one point law enforcement got involved but made no arrests.
According to police, Brian Laundrie returned to his home of North Port, Florida on 01 Sep. 2021 (Wednesday). He returned home without his girlfriend Gabby Petito.
Gabby Petito remained missing. There was no evidence of any foul play. Brian Laundrie wasn’t talking and law enforcement had no probable cause, no evidence to take him in for questioning. In the meantime, the search for Gabby Petito was in full force.
On 19 Sep. 2021 (Tuesday), the body of Gabby Petito was recovered. She was found in a remote area of Bridger-Teton National Forest which is located in western Wyoming.
Note: Approximately 03 to 04 weeks from the above date (22 Sep. 2021), Teton County Coroner – Dr. Brent Blue, estimates that was the approximate time of the strangulation.
–
On 13 October 2021 (Wednesday), Teton County Coroner – Dr. Brent Blue, revealed revealed that Gabby Petito was strangled, thus a solid indicator of a homicide.
Who killed Gabby Petito? It’s unknown. But the hunt for Brian Laundrie is now scaled up a few notches. It looks like Brian Laundrie was the last person to see Gabby Petito alive. Being Gabby Petito’s boyfriend, he has the inherent responsibility for her well-being and her safety.
Now let’s carry-on how to capture Brian Laundrie or any other evader or lost person in a wilderness environment. But first, let’s take a look at this informative video.

Dominating The Area!
It’s called DOMINATING THE AREA. SAR teams (Search And Rescue) teams and volunteers, search an area while they’re in very close proximity to each other.
The searchers sweep through an area and go to another area to continue the search. They’re searching efforts are very slow but thorough.
Say for example, 100 searchers are searching a small area of only 15-miles by 15-miles, that’s 225-square miles. 225-square miles of wilderness area.
Getting back to ERR. The Nantahala National Forest where ERR hid and evaded for 05-years is approximately 829-square miles of thick forest complimented with steep terrain, water obstacles and frigid temperatures.
ERR hid and evaded from multiple law enforcement agencies for 05-years in the Nantahala National Forest that included 829-square miles (28.9-miles by 28.9-miles).
Many many patrols over the years were launched in the Nantahala
National Forest to capture ERR but they all failed. All those intelligent and experienced law enforcement officers from the FBI, ATF, US Marshalls and local law enforcement officers.
They didn’t DOMINATE THE AREA. The Nantahala National Forest is absolutely huge (829-square miles), especially for 100 searchers.
When the search was on for ERR, I watched news videos and saw small patrols of 10 or 12 law enforcement officers.
How can you possibly DOMINATE THE AREA with small patrol of a dozen searchers? Even if you had 10 small patrols roaming the entire 829-square miles of the Nantahala National Forest, it’s almost impossible to find any evader that doesn’t want to be found.
To DOMINATE THE AREA, you have to discreetly insert at least several 03-man Listening Posts (night time)/ Observation Posts (day time) into the area of interest. These LP / OPs are hidden in the wilderness but are located to overlook large areas and or trails. They monitor their area 24/7. They rotate their sleep times.
The LPs / OPs make absolutely no noise and movement is minimal. Even if they view their target, they maintain in their hidden positions and call their higher-up to quickly mobilize a platoon size element (40+) into their area to capture the evader.
The LP / OPs stay at their locations for about 03-days and are discreetly relieved by new/fresh LP / OPs.
This is how you DOMINATE THE AREA. Establish the area with several LP / OPs while small search parties continue to search their assigned areas.
If any credible evidence points Brian Laundrie in any specific wilderness environment (forest, swamp, desert, grasslands,…) throughout the US of A – BAAAAAMMMMM – DOMINATE THE AREA!

The 3 Threes!
Let me tell you about The 3 Threes. The 3 Threes are:
- You can go 03-minutes without air before serious mental and physical problems surface
- You can go 03-days without water before serious mental and physical problems surface
- You can go 03-weeks without food before serious mental and physical problems surface
I brought this up because Brian Laundrie physical condition (super skinny) didn’t support survival in the wilderness. If he’s in a wilderness environment and still alive, he’s lucky. If he’s super super stubborn and forces himself to experiment on natural foods (flora), gathering water, hunting (fauna),… he could still be alive in the wilderness. If he’s in a rural environment, he’s probably getting help from old friends.
