Everybody knows there is crime everywhere.  But to help you AVOID being a victim to crime, I want to give you some crime facts to better understand where, when and how about crimes in the US and abroad.  I put this data in Question & Answer segments.  All crime data was retrieved from Google.

Honduras has the highest murder rate in the world with 90 homicides per 100,000 people.  Gangs and drugs are said to be the major factor in the high murder rate.  Venezuela follows in 2nd place with a murder rate of 82 per 100,000 people.

Years before that idiot dictator Chavez EFF-UP everything in Venezuela, I did some work in Venezuela.  Back then, they loved Americans, their country was super green & super clean and the economy was doing great.  The crime rate and poverty was nothing like it is today.

South of the border of the United States, 10 countries and territories hold the ‘Top 10 Places For Gun Deaths’ worldwide.  On top of the list is El Salvador, followed by Venezuela, Guatemala, Columbia, Honduras, Brazil, US Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago.

The United States holds approximately 9,000,000 prisoners.  That’s about half of all prisoners in the whole world.  Russia comes in 2nd place followed by South Africa, Poland, United Kingdom, China and Nigeria.

The United States comes up on top with the most serial killers.  It’s estimated that the US of A has an estimated 2,743 serial killers roaming America right now.  And approximately 50% them are white aged 33 to 44.

One of the most successful serial killers in US history goes to the “Ice Man.”  Serial Killer Hitman Richard “Ice Man” Kuklinski.  Kuklinski’s bad childhood memories of the beatings from his father were instrumental in Kuklinski’s violent life of murder.  On the surface his wife, children and neighbors never got a hint of his real job as a contract hit man for the mafia.  Kuklinski’s exact number of murders is still unknown but they’re estimated to be between 100 to 250 contract killings and some killings just for the heck of it!!  Go to YouTube for some interesting documentaries on the “Ice Man.”
