Can Of Sardines Burns Fat!

Sardines in oil are one of my favorite tasty foods and they may be a great aid to help your weight-loss goals.  Here’s a quote from Muscle Mag (December 2009): “heavyweight when it comes to omega-3 fatty acids.  These ‘phat’ fats have been found to stimulate fat burning so you drop more blubber, and they aid in fending off a range of diseases almost biblical in scope – cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and heart disease, to name a few.  Best of all they’re ridiculously cheap.”

I love sardines and here are the 03 brands that I eat:

  • Beach Cliff Sardines (in soybean oil – no carbohydrates & no sugars)
  • Brunswick Sardines (in olive oil – no carbohydrates & no sugars)
  • King Oscar (in extra virgin olive oil – no carbohydrates & no sugars)

Note:  A can of sardines has a long shelf life of approximately 05-years, so stock-up when they go on sale.

Coenzyme (CoQ10)!

CoQ10 was discovered in 1957 by Fred Crane, M.D., from the University of Wisconsin.  He isolated CoQ10 from beef hearts.  CoQ10 is a Vitamin-like substance that resembles Vitamin E, which may be more powerful as an antioxidant. 

Of the 10 common coenzyme Qs, only CoQ10 is found in human tissue.  CoQ10 declines with age and should be supplemented in the diet.  CoQ10 plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of the immune system and the aging process! 

Cancer Fighter!

The New England Institute reports that CoQ10 alone is effective in reducing mortality in experimental animals afflicted with tumors and leukemia.  It’s noted that CoQ10 may be helpful in the complete remission of many cancers!

In Japan, CoQ10 is being used in the treatment of heart disease, high blood pressure and enhance the immune system! 

Research has revealed that CoQ10 benefits allergies, asthma, and respiratory disease as well as treating the brain for anomalies of mental function associated with Alzheimer’s Disease and schizophrenia. 

Immune System!

The amazing CoQ10 is also beneficial in aging, candidiasis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, periodontal disease, and obesity.  AIDS is a primary target for research on CoQ10 because of its immense benefits to the immune system.  The use of CoQ10 is a major step forward in the prevention and control of cancer. 

Fake CoQ10 Products!

Use caution when purchasing CoQ10 because not all products are offered in its purest form.  CoQ10’s natural color is bright yellow\orange and has very little taste in the powdered form. 

Sardines Are LOADED With CoQ10!

CoQ10 should be kept away from heat and light since pure CoQ10 will deteriorate in temperatures above 115 degrees Fahrenheit.  Sources of CoQ10 are mackerel, salmon, and those TASTY SARDINESSARDINES CONTAIN THE LARGEST AMOUNTS OF COQ10

One study published in the American Journal of Cardiology (1985), 150mg of CoQ10 taken daily by heart patients for 04 weeks reduced the incidence of angina attacks from 5.3 to 2.5 per day. 

The researchers concluded that CoQ10 actually strengthened the diseased heart, which allowed it to reach higher levels of energy before pain or oxygen deprivation occurs. 

In another study published in the American Journal of Cardiology 1990, a long-term study of 126 patients with severe cardiomyopathy that took supplements of CoQ10 prolonged their lives by years, not weeks or months – YEARS!  In some patients the disease was eliminated entirely!    

Other published studies have noted that CoQ10 helps a wide variety of illnesses, including AIDS, cancer, chronic fatigue, and periodontal disease.

WARNING:  To date, no side effects have been documented.  Ensure you purchase authentic CoQ10.  Some companies put dyes in their fake CoQ10 to achieve the orange color that is found naturally in pure CoQ10! 

Follow the recommended dosage and instructions from the label and as per your doctor’s instructions.

DMAE (Diethylamino-ethanol)!

DMAE is noted to be one of the most essential nutrients to those who want to stay healthier as they grow older!  A published report (1973) in Experimental Gerontology states that cellular membrane degradation may be the prime mechanism of aging.  DMAE is noted to stabilize cellular membranes.  DMAE is also a precursor of choline in the biosynthesis as well as the repair of cellular membranes.  DMAE is superior compared to dietary choline. 

DMAE is found in “brain foods” like anchovies and sardines!  Experimental research has demonstrated that DMAE extended the lives of lab animals by 30 to 40 percent! 

DMAE has demonstrated to be beneficial in the management of learning and behavioral disorders of childhood.  A published report (1989) in Mind Food & Smart Pills states that DMAE was shown to elevate moods, improves learning, improves memory, and increases intelligence.

In 1974, DMAE therapy was conducted on 11 Parkinsonian patients with levodopa-induced dyskinesia.  With a dosage between 500mg to 900mg daily, dyskinesias were completely eliminated in eight patients and greatly reduced in the ninth!
